BOOKING FEES - A £25 non refundable Booking Fee per inflatable/day (deductible from your final balance) is required to complete your booking.

INSURANCE - KBS Inflatable Kingdom are covered by 10 Million Public Liability Insurance (this can be found by clicking the Terms / Insurance tab at the top of the website)

SAFETY TESTS - All of KBS Inflatable Kingdoms Inflatables are PIPA Tested or RPII Tested to comply with the current standard BS EN14960

WET WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY - If on the day of your party it is forecast for heavy rain or high winds and you don't wish to go ahead with your booking please inform us by 8am and we can then look at alternative indoor venues for you or alternative dates. Any payments made will be transferred to an alternative date within 12months of the original booking date .

PRICES - All of our listed prices are based on 2 - 6hr hires. Extra hrs can be added at £15 per hr. We pay the VAT for all private domestic hires only. All businesses, schools, councils, all events, charities and any commercial use/hire will be subject to 20% VAT added to your order after booking. You can request an VAT invoice if you are VAT registered to reclaim this back.

This is ideal for all occasions including Birthday parties, Fund raising events and School fetes and at only 8.5ft high its great for both Indoor and Outdoor events

3x Size 4 footballs are provided with every hire (A £10 charge will apply for any lost balls)

All of our Football themed Inflatables are available to hire in Crowborough, Uckfield, East Grinstead, Tunbridge Wells, Heathfield, Lewes, Tonbridge, Paddock Wood and many other nearby towns and villages throughout East Sussex, West Sussex and Kent.

( OUTDOOR HIRES ARE NOT AVAILABLE BETWEEN 1st OCTOBER AND 31st MARCH )

DELIVERY TIMES - Outside deliveries start from 8am

COLLECTION TIMES - Latest collection times (outdoor bookings) are as follows...(April 7pm , May / June / July / August - 8pm, September 6pm) After these times you would need to book your Inflatable for a 2 day hire, for collection the following day (2 day hire is not available outdoors in September)

Indoor hire information....

DELIVERY TIMES - Delivery and collection times will be arranged to coincide with you hall booking times making sure everything is set up ready for your guests to arrive and collected as guests leave.

ACCESS TIMES - We require access to your venue preferably 1 hour either side of your party times to allow for safe set up and dismantling of your items. We try to deliver at the time you will arrive at the hall and collect 15 to 30 mins after the end time of your party.
