Cancellation Policy

Your £25 Booking Fee is totally non-refundable unless it is cancelled due to adverse weather, we will then transfer your booking and any payments made to an alternative date within 12 months of the original booking date.

If after booking you decide to change the date, unless done within 1 week, the booking will be classed as a new booking and the £25 booking fee will be required for the new date.

KBS Inflatable Kingdom do reserve the right to cancel your booking at short notice due to inclement weather conditions. This includes heavy rain and wind / gusts over 24mph. Should this happen we will happily move your booking to an indoor venue if one is available or another date at no extra cost. Refunds are at the discretion of the company.

Once your Inflatable has been delivered, FULL payment will be required and we can not take responsibility for changes in the weather after we have delivered
